  1. Eligibility for ReturnsItems must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Return ProcessTo initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your contact information] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the RMA number.
